The hotel location is convenient for a walk alongside the Lake and for a visit to the old town for dinner or sightseeing. The Internet was not working when I was there - I was told it would be reinstated after 10am the following morning (after I was leaving) I specifically chose IBIS as they advertise Wifi so was a bit disappointed not to have the use of my laptop ! I did think to ask for a rebate but its all too much trouble when its not life or death stuff !!!!

The standard queen room is modern and has an electronic key card, a work desk, and TV with satellite channels. The venue is in the centre of the town. Overall good food, plus there is Sabores close by.

Check out the local dining gems! La Finca Bonanza just a hop away served amazing tapas. If you're feeling burger vibes, Mamma Mia is also close and totally worth it. The hotel was clean, and the breakfast was decent enough.

The room was clean and included a private bathroom, a tv, and soundproofing, nice. Loved the additional toilet. The location was perfect for a stroll to the lake. Staff were helpful too!

Cramped room. Parking was difficult. I knew not to expect wash cloths in German hotels but this hotel doesn't even provide hand towels! Only bath towels. What's up with that??

Very helpful staff - good reception area and comfortable bar with outside tables - not much more expensive than town centre for drinks etc. walkable to the centre. Very good modern underground parking with bike storage facilities - prices reasonable compared to other hotel parking rates. Rooms modern and clean. Good air conditioning.

Breakfast was not included.

Conveniently located near public transportation facilities.

I was disappointed with the slow check-in process. It took much longer than expected. The room had a persistent bad odor in the bathroom that wasn't addressed . There were no kettles in the room.
